As mentioned on my last post, gluten free Barcelona is yours to explore. I was super bad at taking photos last weekend, I hadn’t even thought of this blog until my friend mentioned her new Australian health and well being venture and inspired me, so all I have is a little list of recommendations;
Flax & Kale
We went there twice, thats how much we liked it. From sitting el fresco in their beautiful roof garden, to eating breakfast in their booths – this place has a huge range, including Theresa’s juices which offer fresh, clever combinations of super healthy choices.
We ventured here for breakfast, while the service was a little slow, the venue was cute and they (reluctantly) rustled an egg-free avocado breakfast for our gf bride
We stumbled on this place and 9.30am after failing to realise that Copasetic opened at 10.30am… and it was such a good find. I enjoyed a simple runny boiled egg with truffle oil and brioche soldiers, all the €4.50 – it was more of a snack but I was well warned and it was well worth it. There were gf options and a super cute flamingo wallpapered wall.
Here’s a few links the girls sent to me, when we were investigating GF Barca (that we didn’t get to try):
